In 2011, what started as a six-month consulting agreement turned into a seven-year partnership helping an orthodontist grow her private practice.

Together, we built something special — growing the patient base, expanding the team, and eventually outgrowing the original office. In 2015, we built a brand-new practice from the ground up and relocated to support continued growth.

By 2018, after years of success, we decided to sell the practice. But before the sale, one problem kept bothering me…

None of the software on the market did a good job managing pending exams — the patients who came in, didn’t start, and eventually went silent. So I built my own system to solve it.

That led to the launch of TxConverter in 2018.

By 2020, my clients started asking for more than just software — they needed help with execution. Specifically, they wanted someone to handle the follow-up with non-responsive exams. Recognizing the need (and knowing exactly how to fill it), I launched a Done-For-You Follow-Up Service for Orthodontists.

Since then, we’ve never looked back.

We’ve proudly helped practices recover $100K–$400K+ in annual revenue from patients they had previously written off — patients who were still interested, just never reached the right way.
